Quite often organisations will remain with one particular provider
due to historical reasons, or because they do not have the time
to review the service and determine if it remains applicable and
good value. Sometimes contracts and services will only be reviewed
when a substantial problem arises which damages the relationship,
or a fixed term contract is up for renewal.
In some circumstances contracts or engagement arrangements have
never been formally set out and so the perception level between
what is expected and what is actually delivered varies greatly.
It is not just external specialists who can be critical to the process;
sometimes it is of great benefit to review the internal stakeholders
and participants too.
Our approach is to work with you to determine
(a) who your third-party specialists are;
(b) what you require from them; and
(c) what you actually receive.
If there is a gap between what you require and what you receive
we can work with you to improve that service and relationship or
if required select another more appropriate provider.
