Vendor Management

Certainly not all vendor/client relationships require review or updating. For example, a good relationship between vendor and client will mean that both sides keep each other up-to-date on changes which affect service delivery (for example changes to the client's assignee population, or upgrades in the vendor's technology). However, problems and/or mistakes will happen - it is how those are dealt with that determines whether it is a good working partnership.

We can help you with the ongoing management of your third-party specialists. For example we can review your contracts, your lines of communication, your requirements and their services - to ensure that there is the best fit for your organisation and both sides understand the needs and capabilities of the other.
